Everything I wanted to include that didn't fit into any of the other categories!
A short project completed in roughly 2 weeks, meant to apply all that we'd learned in our course so far! I'm still quite happy with it, but I'm a bit sad about having to rush the ending since I didn't have time to properly keyframe and tween the jump and fall back onto the chair.
Time taken: 2 weeks
Project type: Individual
Software used: Clip Studio Paint
The end goal of this project was just to create a small animated 3D scene, but I decided to add a little bit of 2D as well!

This was a quick animation exercise I made to include in my showreel as a most-in-one demonstration of my abilities, and my first proper animation since finishing my course.
Time taken: 10 hours

A quick excersise to practice exaggeration and wacky perspective! It's only small, but I'm so proud of how it turned out!

A commission I made for my friend, Mos! Their character, Barnaby, is signing the Auslan sign for gay, and then a regular little heart with his index and thumb.
Time taken: 6 hours
Project type: Commission
Software used: Clip Studio Paint
A quick demo of some of Chip's sprites, originally made for a showreel! I've opted to use objection.lol to actually make these scenes, as it quite accurately replicates the game style of the Ace Attorney series in a user-friendly and customisable way, and helps a lot with the workload.
Time taken: 3 hours (not including the time it took to make the sprites)
Project type: Individual
Software used: Clip Studio Paint & objection.lol

An excersise to practice a more dynamic walk cycle, using the run cycle of Scout from Team Fortress 2 as a reference. The depicted character is Venmera, a character from Creature Collective that I haven't made much other material for yet.

My first quadruped walk cycle, using a dog walking as a reference.
