labels and rambles:
alloromantic >> i experience romantic attraction.
i find myself needing labels for myself, since it helps me know what's goin on in my lil brain, so i chose this label after trying to make up my mind between homoromantic and panromantic. my main conflict between the other two labels was that i find myself being attracted to masc-presenting folks 95% of the time, but i don't really have any concious preference, and have happily dated femme and other people in the past. alloromantic feels the nicest for me bc i just,, experience romantic attraction. i also use demiromantic as a microlabel, bc i don't tend to feel attracted to people until i really get to know them.
asexual >> i don't experience sexual attraction.
i'm also sex-respuled, which is both a blessing and a curse. since starting T in 2022, my libido has unfortunately sky-rocketed. while i don't have to worry about any sex related problems like most people do, throwing T into the mix has given me some internalised acephobia towards myself which really sucks :/
transgender/transmasc/ftm >> i don't identify as the gender i was assigned at birth, and am transitioning to become more "masculine".
not much to ramble abt for this one. i started T at the start of 2022 and as of writing i'm on my way towards getting top surgery!! [UPDATE: I GOT TOP SURGERY!!!!]
my one goal is to have someone earnestly tell me i'll never be a real woman /hj
demiboy >> my gender identity falls somewhere between masculine and androgynous on the gender spectrum.
again, not much to say abt this one. i legit went down the cis to nonbinary to binary trans to demiboy (+xeno) pipeline lmao
creaturegender >> gender but,, like a creature
originally coined by julietianboy on tumblr. by their own nature, xenogenders like this one are pretty hard to explain to those who don't have The Xenogender Experience™, but the best way i can explain it in a normal way is it's basically getting gender envy for raccoons, rauru, and these guys. i also created a creature version of my regular sona, which you'll be able to find on the art page :]
